Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means “Union”, a connecting of body and mind with Spirit. Our approach to Yoga is different from the kind of classes you will find in the fitness centers and gyms. Studying under the influence of a Master, the Classic Hatha Yoga poses which are taught by our teachers have been described as poses which are very eloquent, challenging, enlightening and yet simple.
These poses are uniquely designed for each class and always moving at a pace most comfortable for each student. You will find our teachers possess a deep understanding of the philosophy of Yoga, which you will feel is magically being transferred to you when you are open. Yoga is much more than a form of exercise or a way to stay fit. Yoga heals the mind, body, and soul.
Our Yoga will introduce you to your True Self, the “Inner Self”. We offer a variety of tools to deepen your practice, which are given in each class attended.
