Meditation Course By Phone - Accessible From Anywhere!
Meditation and peace go hand-in-hand. These beautiful courses offer step-by-step instructions on how to get started and how to expand a meditative practice. Students continue to be delighted with the changes that meditation has brought to their lives. Learning to meditate while having the opportunity to experience meditation in a group setting provides great support for everyone.
These meditation courses are designed for your flexibility. Each level is a nine week course consisting of three segments. To complete a level, take segments one at a time or sign up for the entire nine week course. The lessons are offered in sequence so completing one segment or level before advancing on to the next is required.
Meditation Course by phone is offered for your convenience! This course is open to anyone interested in developing a daily practice of meditation. It is the same instruction as the classes held at our onsite location. All you need is a phone and a quiet place to join the call. A speaker phone or ear piece is helpful, but not required. Pre-registration required.
