MEDITATION Level I and II: Profound, astounding, life-altering, eye-opening change - learning to meditate, can be one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves.
Sitting quietly, eyes-closed and focusing on the breath allows access into an incredible place inside, a place that is serene and joyous. A place where the answers come, the peace enfolds and envelops and for a time, there is a complete letting go.
